May 1, 2017: EPIC Assurance has upgraded it company website featuring not only the customary extended warranty products but in addition a customer loyalty platform for equipment dealers and manufacturers.

Extended protection plans from EPIC Assurance are available for New and Used off road equipment of all types including construction, material handling, agricultural, forestry and consumer use equipment.

Protection programs are offered for component only suppliers as well such as engines, transmissions, planetary wheel drives, axles, etc.

Customer Loyalty software platforms are straight forward, easily integrated with existing business systems and allow dealers and/or manufacturers to track purchases throughout their business platforms, assigning reward points or dollars to each respective customer account. Additional non software loyalty programs are available from EPIC Assurance to help dealers and manufacturers enhance profitability through their after-sales departments.
